Enfamil and Similac nipples fit these -- not sure about Gerber!

Can these be sterilized using a microwave sterilizer?

Yes. I haven't had any issues sterilizing with the Medela bag.

Are these compatible with standard size (narrow neck) breast pumps?

Yes, I use these on my Evenflo breast pump. The screw top is the size of a standard bottle top and they fit my pump. I love them, and recommend.

What is the best bottle brush for this 2.7 oz size bottle?

We would just recommend a soft brush. We have not tested any other products with our Medela containers. We are unable to recommend a specific brand.
