Stop the Pain: The Six to Fix

I just finished reading this book and it really makes sense. I look forward to utilizing the information and healing.

This author really took a lot of time to consider many common things that cause pain. I think it is an excellent resource for anyone who is dealing with chronic pain and has not found anything that works yet. I like that his faith in God is included in his approach.

Very good resource for health. It summarized a lot of what I've been getting from different internet sources. It covers so much that it got tedious. I d like to get this in print form because then I could highlight and find information faster than in digital form. I'd still suggest purchasing it.

Good book.

Beginning pages were missing. Too many. So frustrated because I was interested. Eventually had money returned. Never got into the part of the book that I did get.

This was a very slow read, don't think I even finished it. Too bad, cause I needed it to fix my pain.

This is such a great, informative book that I ordered four more to give to friends. For such a small book it has a wealth of information. The doctor does an excellent job explaining how your body works, what causes pain and health issues, and so much information on what to use to get healthy, well and pain-free. It is a great book to give as a gift to someone that is helping health problems. Such a small price for so much information. I highly recommend this book.

This book was easy to read and kept me interested with details on how to eat healthier and change my life.
