Flow Supplements Greens Powdered Fruits and Veggies Lemon Grass - 6.45 oz. (30 Servings)

I tried this with just cold water and I like it! I can't describe it other than it is sweet with a good hint of lemon. I love the sweetness so I don't use more than 8 ounces of cold water with it. I did notice that it mixes in better when you put the water in first and then the powder. I only put the powder in before the water once and I fought clumps at the bottom of my cup the entire time I drank it. I didn't have to go out and buy a shaker cup; I just use a Ello travel mug and it mixes well. Stirring it in with a spoon works but it's a slower process. I was on the edge about buying this product and I'm glad I finally committed! V8 energy drinks were as hard core as I got in the energy product department, and those made my heart race and made me energetically unfocused (if that makes sense)? My package arrived just in time for my week of non-stop morning meetings at work. I felt alert, focused, and calm. I already have a direct order in to the company for my next month's supply!

I usually hate powdered anything, but as I wanted to start getting back in shape and changing up my diet I decided I would give this a shot first before I got the protein powder for shakes. This stuff is so dang good, I definitely feel a difference when I drink it, I feel more awake and more willing to do my work outs. I also noticed that my cold symptoms have gone away and I feel so much better! The line is great and I recommend it to anyone looking to make any life style changes and or try new suppliments!

In addition to the Flow Protein Plus and Flow Pre-Workout I have added in Flow's Green Balance into my daily supplement regiment. I am on my second round and absolute love it. It is the first thing I have right out of bed to kick start my day. Don't let the appearance when mixing deter you. In my opinion it has a pretty neutral taste with a hint of citrus. In all, I love Flow's Greens and will continue to keep this as my daily green.

So far loving these greens! I’ve been having digestive issues so I’m really ramping up my nutrition and needed to re-introduce more greens into my diet. I’ve tried other greens previously from other brands and although they weren’t bad, these are definitely the best. The flavor is great and the powder dissolves very easily. I am actually looking forward to making this a part of my daily routine!

So my first container was amazing. It tasted so good. It was sweet with some vanilla. I finished it so fast. I would drink it everyday. I loved it. Then I ran out and ordered my second container. That tasted completely different. It tasted like grass with plastic. Not sweet at all. I ordered a 3rd container thinking maybe something was wrong with the second. The third one tastes just as terrible. Not sure what happened but I’m very disappointed that something has changed and now I don’t like it. It’s been so hard to find greens that actually taste good.
