Does what it's meant to
Only used this product once and to be fair my polygel nails were ready to come off anyway and were coming away from.my natural nails. I put a.small amount in a nail remover bowl and placed.my fingers in and found my nails came off easily. I cant honestly say this product helped with the removal, but it did leave my nails feeling soft afterwards.

The reviews were not helpful but I was persistent. It is wonderful and does the job well. I think if it doesn’t work for you, you probably can’t use it properly. Trust me it’s a really good value for money. I’ve not tried it of gel polish yet but it works well on normal polish. 😊 you’re welcome
