I am 59 years old and have struggled with acne most of my adult life. I started a different brand of B 12 in my mid 30’s and it worked great. About 5 years ago that company closed and I had to go in search of a new B 12 because they do not all work the same. I tried others that worked but they were too expensive. This one not only works great but is a good value. I take 3-4 capsules once a day and it controls my acne without issue. Over the years I’ve had people comment on how clear my skin is and it’s all because of the B 12. It may initially take several months to notice a change but if you give it time it will work. Absolutely stand by these vitamins! After I started working from home in 2020 & stopped wearing makeup, my face broke out with what I assume is cystic acne -- deep, painful boil-like pimples. No topical acne treatment worked & it made me rather depressed. . .being 32 & getting acne. . .while being on lockdown because of the pandemic. . .like seriously? Obviously life could be much worse but I thought I was over the acne stage in my life. So I did my research (thank you YouTube) & found other people with my same (skin) problems. The videos I watched said the makeup I was wearing before might've acted as a barrier, which is why my skin went crazy when I stopped wearing it. . .I'm not a doctor, so don't quote me on that. . . Regardless, I ordered these vitamins & am proud to say dropping Pantothenic Acid each day has kept the acne away ;) ALSO, this may sound insane, but I take up to 20 of these vitamins a day. I usually break it down with 10 at lunch & 10 at dinner. When I take less, I do notice my skin starts to act up again. And when you take this many, be prepared to be near a restroom. . .just trust me on this one. P.S. If the sellers read this, can you PLEASE make this a subscribe & save??? A few times now, I've forgotten to order in time & ran out before my next order arrived. . .causes me anxiety & extra acne when I don't have my Pantothenic Acid. Lol. . .It also doesn't make sense to me why I can subscribe & save to party decor but not a vitamin? Like who has the same party over & over again??

I have been using these for about 9 months now (usually 3-4 with BL&D) and I'm really not exaggerating when I say they changed my life. I had terrible cystic acne after going on the pill and even when I stopped BC, my skin was still terrible. It hadn't been clear since I was like 11, but this cleared in up in like 2 weeks. It's really incredible and a great option if you've tried literally everything else. I also use The Ordinary Niacinamide + Zinc serum, but this is the main skincare product that I use.

These do the job, but what is up with the pantothenic price hike? It wasn't that long ago when it was half the cost of what it is now.

Best pantothenic acid for acne . I’ve been using pantothenic acid for about 9 months but I had to stop taking the brand ‘now’ due to bad side effects( extremely loss weight, etc). I switched to this brand and I have not experience any side effects and it’s working after only 2 weeks.

I’ve been taking pantothenic acid off and on for years to help with my skin. I came across this Acnevites brand because I bought their DIM supplement for skin as well. They both work great together, my skin hasn’t looked this good in many years! This is the best price I could find on pantothenic acid so will be buying more.

Daughter doesn't dear miss a dose. When she stops taking her skin starts to break out again. She faithfully takes 3with each meal. I can't believe how smooth and clear her skin is. Start out slow and increase dose. Can cause stomach upset.

Doing exactly what I expected. Purchased for teenage son who had a lot of acne. Has been just over a week of 4 caps in the am and also pm - with each meal. Acne is clearing up fast. My son is really happy with the changes he’s seeing daily. Thank you!!
