Unreliable!
I found this product to be unreliable. The connection from the probe to the main unit was faulty or the probe itself was faulty. On several occasions, the probe registered either too high or too low, but if the connection was jiggled or if the probe was moved around, the temperature reading changed.

Does what it is supposed to do
Seems very stable (no wild fluctuations from opening/closing door). Comes with calibration documentation. Easy to set up and reset high/low. To my knowledge there is no way to download data, but I haven't checked. Offline device. Display could be a little bigger/clearer.
