We went to girl's camp for a week in tents. This worked fine to convert our 12v battery bank to power the Airmed without going up to 110v and back down to it's voltage. This saves a good bit of battery power. It was very humid at night so we were also able to turn off the water and heater with no dryness in the morning. All-in-all it worked well.

Works for my CPAP when I go camping. I plug this into my portable power supply and can go DC to DC allowing me three nights on one charge.

I liked it. I didn't know that it was available until recently. You should advertise it more often. Being able to use my CPAP when no AC power is available is a great option to have available. I slept well for several nights in my RV using only the available 12 volt DC from my RV. Thanks

Purchased this adapter almost two years ago to run my wife's CPAP device off 12v power while camping. We only used it maybe 5 nights since then and discovered during a camping trip last week that the adapter had failed and no longer provided power. I contacted the seller upon returning home and they graciously offered a free replacement, even though the original purchase was almost two years ago. The support agent advised me to purchase a new unit from Amazon and after receiving it and ensuring it's proper operation, to provide them my order # and they would process a full refund. Received the new adapter less than 48 hours after placing the order and the refund was applied to my credit card within 12 hours of requesting it. Time will tell how long the replacement lasts but the customer service is top notch!

On the cpap supply site they have the recommended cord which is 3 times the price of this one. I decided to take a chance and buy this one and I couldn’t be happier! Works perfectly and saved me $60. I use it with my resmed airsense 10 autoset.

Item works as it should. Have used it camping several times now with my jackery power supply and have slept like a baby. No issues at all and it works as it should. This is a must have for your power station as the 12v uses way less battery power. With this adapter I can get 3 full nights out of the jackery 290 and still have around 25% battery left. Just remember to shut down your heated Tubing and humidity as these use the most power and will drain your power supply more quickly. This is a must have item on the trail to go with your cpap.

While camping, I use this to plug my Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP into a Aimtom Portable Solar Generator, using the DC output port. It works great, and it uses a whole lot less battery than when I used the AC output on the portable generator. I turn off the humidifier, but I can get two or more days using this DC adapter before having to recharge the battery. Using the AC output, I would just get one day. I plug this adapter in to a cable that came with the portable generator.

I purchased this because the Resmed 12Volt cpap adapter that i had previously purchased was big, bulky and heavy and I wanted something smaller for our compact RV. I had a moment when I first plugged in my Air Sense 10 because the light on top came on when i plugged it in then went off, then flickered. It took me a minute to realize there was nothing wrong with the adapter, the air sense unit alway does this even with 120volts. Plug it in, the light goes on, then off then flickers, then comes on and stays on until you use it. I wonder if the adapter would maintain voltage as the resmed unit does when voltage declines, but with lithium RV batteries, I don't think it's as much of a problem as it might be with lead acid batteries. We've used this over 23 nights without any issues. Good product.
