Can't complain about anything. Everything works just fine. It was easy to install. It has proven itself to be sturdy. Will but again if the need arises.

The support mechanism used to install the drawer requires that you fully extend the drawer then climb over the drawer into the cabinet to install the screws. Once you are finished, the drawer works great.

These shelves look great work well and very easy to install. The only thing I have noticed is when the shelves are full and heavy the soft closers don’t work well

The screws on one side are loose; I could not hand tighten it. It installed easily, though I had to take the shelf off entirely to insert (instructions suggest that you do some screws with the shelf in.) Not a problem because of the rigid construction of the frame. BUT - the shelf didn't glide properly. After some fussing, the self close mechanism sort of worked, it usually closed the last inch on its own, but not always. The slide was pretty stiff getting it in to that point. It had to be continually moved inward; its not one where if you shove it, it would glide. It would mock me forever, so -- it's a return. At least it uninstalls even easier than it installs!

I bought 6 of these and love them! I've only installed 5 so far, but they are a great addition to my kitchen cabnets. My husband and I bought an older home, so we had virtually no storage. I was having to reach to the back of my cabinets to get my appliances on my hands and knees, now I just pull the drawers out and take out what I need. My husband loves how accessible everything is. The only problem I came accross was when you pull the drawer out, because it's heavier, it was tipping the shelf that I attached the drawer to; so I attached a piece of molding to the back of the shelf so it doesn't tilt. Works perfectly! I would recommend these to anyone wanting to upgrade their kitchen on a budget. I am so glad I purchased these because it allowed me to free up most of my counter space for appliances that I use every day and it makes things easier to find.

These drawers are well made, sturdy, and really organized my pantry. Before picture shows how crammed the pantry was. Now I can see exactly what I have on hand and I labeled each drawer so hubby knows where everything is too. The soft close works perfectly after a slight adjustment. These are very reasonably priced and worth every penny.

Very easy to install for the most part, hardest part was getting under the cabinet. Works perfectly to make my bottom cabinets into drawers for easy access. And it’s soft close! Would 100% buy again.
