This is a very good quality bentonite clay. I have MCAS and other autoimmune issues and really need strong detoxification products to feel well. I was using the great plains liquid bentonite, but it has been out of stock most of this year. I have tried others, but this is the one that actually minimizes my symptoms the most, and there are no additives in this one, which is a huge plus. You mix 3 cups of water with 6 Tbsp of the bentonite powder and store in the fridge. You start with 1 Tbsp of the mixture in a glass of water and can work up to 4 Tbsp as tolerated. This will be my go-to bentonite clay going forward.

Love this stuff. I mix this with coconut oil and use it as toothpaste. Its amazing. I get my dental cleaning every 6 months and since i started this mid 2024 I barely ever have plaque anymore that the asst needs to scrape off with that horrible tool at the start of the appt. It gives you a clean fresh feeling mouth. It really has no taste, DONT SWALLOW IT OF COURSE. I also used this to make an AMAZING baby butt paste (diaper rash cream) and its incredible. Put a few dabs on my mosquito bite....didn't itch anymore.

I have been using, Tierra Buena, calcium bentonite now for 7 days...that's right, only 7 days. And I have a nearly flat stomach. That's going from miserable bloating, for decades, to a nearly flat stomach. I actually can fit in my pants without them being uncomfortably tight and I have noticed my back and joints have stopped aching constantly. I cannot believe that I have finally found only one product that has helped me so much! If you have problems with constant bloating, diarrhea, sour stomach, (basically, ibs symptoms) this should be your go to. I have had severe problems with ibs-d my entire life. I have switched jobs over and over, then went to college and finished so I could work in an environment conducive to helping me mitigate my symptoms. I.e., sitting more and being able to use the restroom immediately when needed, ect. It's been a long long debilitating journey. In January, of this year, I was given the opportunity to work from home, which is really where I started the arduous process of once and for all trying to fix my ibs-d. I have had so many diet changes over the years, I knew another change in diet wasn't going to be enough (And I am fastidious when it comes to follow through). I had to find the magic bullet, if it existed...and I believe this is it. I know I sound like an infomercial but I'm very sincere when I write, this stuff really works. Yes it's dirt 😂...but it's magic dirt! I will be taking calcium bentonite for the rest of my life, if these are the results I can expect. Tierra Buena is the first calcium bentonite I have tried. I did what I always do when buying anything. I went on Amazon and read nearly every review, for several different products, "not calcium bentonite". One of the reviews I read was about calcium bentonite and how it was a must have, for internal use, when mitigating the symptoms of ibs. So I found the calcium bentonite with the highest reviews (on Amazon) that was graded for internal use...and that was Tierra Buena. After reading all the reviews, I went to their website for further review and based on the aggregate information, I, hesitantly, decided to try Tierra Buena. I am an ambivalent skeptic when it comes to most product claims; because I have wanted products to work and they have let me down. I promise that this clay works wonders. At least it did for me! And the clacium bentonite, from Tierra Buena, is a great product; it has hardly any flavor, goes down smooth and actually has a hint of sweetness after the mixture has been in the refrigerator blooming for a few days. I mixed per the directions, take 3-4 tablespoons per day, first thing in the morning, and I'm AMAZED at the difference it's made. I look forward to years of being able to praise Tierra Buena..."I never thought I would aver that about any product." But this product has "literally" changed my life in only 7 days. I sincerely hope it has a life long effect similar to the affect it's had on me in 7 short days. I also want to point out that Tammy, from Tierra Buena, sent me a stock/standard follow up email making sure everything was satisfactory, with my order, and the quality was as expected. I have a lot of respect for companies that have good/great customer service etiquette. I can comfortably attest that the quality is very high and my satisfaction is also very high. Everyone should feel confident when ordering, from Tierra Buena, knowing their order will be on time and of the highest quality.

Oh, I have an idea! I am going to take 4-5 tablespoons of Pure Clay and make a smooth but not too thick paste - enough for light layer to spread over as much skin surface as I can reach. The next part is the challenge, as I am not the type to run around the house naked. I suppose I will have to confine myself to the bathroom, but that's okay because I can rearrange my medicine chest items, clean out a few other bathroom drawers, do the toilet and sink, fold some laundry, pour the bath. Before I know it, 15 or 20 minutes will have passed and I will then sink into a nice warm tub and luxuriate as the clay dissolves into the water. I'm dreaming of this now, as I write. Can you tell how much I love this stuff? As the name implies, it's Pure Clay. I don't see how it can get better than this. The clay is extremely finely ground making for a very dense 1 lb. tub, which will last a long time. Mixing less than a tsp. of it is plenty for a nice facial mask. Nothing but 100% pure calcium bentonite clay - no contaminants, no preservatives, nothing else, so it's good enough to ingest. Which brings me to another favorite thing about Pure Clay. You can drink it to rebalance your stomach pH. Go ahead and google the alkalizing properties of bentonite clay. This isn't new information, and I continue to believe it's something which the pharmaceutical companies would rather we didn't know about. If you rebalance the pH of your stomach, you will likely eliminate the need for things like antacids. I don't know how many people with acid stomach problems I've told this to and they give me that blank, whatever-are-you-talking-about stare. I know first hand that the need to balance one's gut is the answer to a plethora of sicknesses - such as the evil h.pylori bacteria. So now Pure Clay is at the top of my list of everyday essentials - both topical and internal and I have most definitely already noticed a huge difference in my gastric health. Huge! I'm equally hopeful about the possible benefits which its calcium may provide for my bone-on-bone knees, but it might take a few months longer to know those effects, so I will have to weigh in on that later. I could go on, I really could, but I have laundry to fold and a bath to take.

A perfect replacement for the discontinued talc powder. This doesn't promote bacterial growth like corn starch eiyher. Though I do wish it had the same old baby frest scent.

The BEST EVER powder. BEST. EVER. This powder is super-super fine, silky, and it goes on and stays on…not to speak of its therapeutic value. Whereas Johnson & Johnson knowingly marketed carcinogenic talc powder (and was sued to the moon), this company can truthfully state our powder is extremely good for you. A friend warned me against corn starch powder because of mold and other downsides so I searched for an alternative. THIS is perfect.

I actually used this as makeshift toothpaste. I’m currently homeless and couldn’t afford the toothpaste I wanted at that time, and I had this leftover, and so I decided to add some tiny bit of water and brush my teeth with it for a month. Works fine. Nothing special. But if you’re in need, this works. Clay works marvels.

It’s a really good product Good for aftercare and for relaxation for a nice glow

After using this product, my skin is so smooth! I mix the clay with apple cider vinegar and I love that I can feel the blood flow increase to my face. When I wash it off, my skin feels so smooth! I love that it isn’t full of random chemicals. It is very pure clay. I have sensitive skin and my skin does well with this face mask! Love it lots! My roommate tried it and immediately bought one for herself as well! Highly recommend!
