Quality part and straightforward replacement
The part is exactly what it says, perfect replacement and worked for me with no issues at all. I noticed it does have a bit longer delay than the original flow sensor, i.e. it takes longer to come on after a faucet is opened and longer to go off after a faucet is closed. That's not a problem tho (did make my heart skip a beat at first tho). This part exactly matches the original, making it an easy replacement in terms of the steps to follow (materials may even be superior to original). The most difficult part is moving all the other wires out of the way to get the old parts out, new parts in, and not lose any screws in the process.

Repair for Eco Smart ECO 11
The fact that this kit is available is awesome. My ECO 11 started to operate intermittently. I have a very good water treatment system and did not want to believe the heating elements were the problem.I eventually figured out the ECO 11 would work at low flow rates, but not high flow rates. So then I ordered this kit.I was disappointed that I had to practically disassemble everything but the heating elements to replace the partsproperly.I needed to get under the circuit board. So everything was unplugged to remove the circuit board. The connectors are color coded, but I still marked which one goes where. They did seem to be idiot proof, but I didn’t take the chance. No real special skills needed. If you can use a screw driver and keep things clean you can do this.I did uninstall the ECO 11 and do the repair on a table. I suppose you could do the repair with the ECO 11 installed with the power and water shut off, but I didn’t want to try.Mine is connected to 3/4 PEX via Sharkbite so it only took me about an hour to Remove/Install the ECO 11 and replace the parts.

Does not perfectly fit all models listed but close enough to work
All parts in great shape. Install went fine. Just had a tiny leak through one of the screw holes.Ended up reusing the old top plate but everything else from the product was installed.Runs fine, have had no issues and would 1000% buy again bc its cheaper than dropping $500-$700 on a new water heating unit

Hot water again
Glad that I had saved $200 after finding out that I can buy the part separately for my 3.5-year old heater.I recommend to buy this spare part in advance for those who have this heater still in working order but had used for more than 3 years. yours is going to fail soon... sorry. Not sure how the moisture which caused the corrosion of the circuit board was introduced to the sensor.Mechanically not possible.Maybe plastic used with original part(that separates the circuit board and impeller) in grey color became porous with times but replacement part is in black color which I guess a new/ better material.Pls don't care much about a poor sealing around the bulky cable area with the sensor cover gasket. It will be fine as long bottom gasket is fine.Hope this repair lasts another 3~4 years.Good luck!

Easy to install
This part was pretty easy to install but be prepared for all the water that comes out. I ended up drying the water inside the unit with my hair blow dryer. Working great so far and it saved me a visit from a plumber or having to just buy a new unit.
