THIS STUFF IS AMAZING! In 1 week my chronic severe fatigue is almost gone, I slept a solid 8 hours for the first time in 5 years, my chronic pain is actually tolerable now, my mind is clear, I am alert, my memory better, I feel ALIVE again. I choose this particular product because being a sublingual tablet (dissolves under your tongue) you don't lose anything in digestion so you get the full effect of the dosage. I got my first bottle about 10 days ago. I took 20mg (2 tabs) when I woke up for the first 3 days. Day 1 I was more alert, but no real physical change. Day 2 I had more energy, but by the end of day 3 for the first time in over 5 years I had a solid 8 hours of sleep. On day 4, I went from having barely enough energy to take a shower and feed myself pre-made food to trimming my trees, doing laundry and I even went swimming! On day 5 through 7 I dropped to taking 10mg (1 tab as recommended) the results have been absolutely mind blowing. The effects have been communicative and each day my energy, stamina, alertness grows and my pain level dropped significantly. Today I will drop to 1/2 a tab (5mg) because the last 2 days I am having a hard time staying asleep longer then 4 hours. Too much energy and alertness. If you read about NADH (you can find several medical and other articles online) they tell you that taking a high dose longer then a week can cause insomnia. If you are going to take it for an extended period of time the recommended dose is 2.5 to 5 mg a day. But everyone is different, each of us have our own unique physiology, like snowflakes. Am using this for depression. Is a Godsend. According to research it is for short term use for acute bouts only, as your body will develop a tolerance to it. I've had depression for 35 years and was on all sorts of meds. Got off meds and supplemented. Was okay until this last bout. Nothing like it before. Scary. NADH saved me. Check with pharmacist for any possible interactions but I highly recommend this product for major depression.

Useless. Was as tired and weary as ever. Was recommended to me by a natural bodybuilder. Maybe you have to be super-buff for it to kick in? And he is my age. Tried for 3 months, too.

Great product that I have used for decades now.

I’m not sure if this did anything, because the bottle is only a 10-day supply. I charitably give it two stars, because it didn’t cause any ill effects. However, I’ll never purchase this again because the packaging is ridiculous. The plastic bottle contains two blister packs that could’ve been in a cardboard container.
