I followed the tutorial on their website for the cleaning process, and it worked well for surface-level cleaning. However, for deeper stains, such as color transfers from pants or other materials, the cleaner struggles to completely remove them. The brush included in the set is a big plus, as it makes the cleaning process much easier and more efficient. One thing to note: after wiping off the foam with a towel and attempting to dry the shoes using an air dryer, they didn't dry completely.
