Garofalo - Premium Durum Wheat Semolina Spaghettini Pasta, Italian Made, Bronze-Drawn, Al-Dente, One-Ingredient Pasta (4-pack)

I ordered this a couple months ago. Didn't use it till tonight and was irritated to realize I ordered spaghettini instead of Spaghetti. I don't normally like spagettini. But, I own it now. So I made it. And you know what? Like all the other pasta's I've tried by garofalo, this one is exceptional. I actually don't mind that it's in my pantry now!.

Best spaghetti pasta I've ever had. The flavor is delicious. The pasta noodles are thicker with great taste.

Excellent pasta. This is a really good brand. The taste and texture is much better than what you find in the chain grocery stores. Italian pasta always! I will continue to buy this brand.

Even if you don’t get to it in suggested times, holds up well and isn’t too soft unless you fall asleep for an hour or two. Never tested that and won’t.

This is the BEST pasta you can purchase commercially.

I love overcooked spaghettini (sue me). They come in very sturdy wrapping - I was pleasantly surprised by how little any of the spaghettini were broken! Very few indeed for such frail stalks. Flavor-wise they're very good - taste just like my pasta in Europe.

I love Garofalo pasta, which an Italian restaurant introduced me to. But when I order spaghettini from Amazon, I keep being sent spaghetti. They are not the same! I cannot recommend ordering Garofalo spaghettini because there is no guarantee the right product will be sent, and it cannot be returned. I was able to obtain Garofalo spaghettini at a store a few blocks away and at a lower price.
