Overall product is good, used for long time, middle mouse click failed after long use.

Reducing rating one star as mouse is quite unstable now, mouse pointer moves without controll checked on several laptop. Optical sensor is big problem. Dispite claimed as gaming mouse, precision is worst than standard one. Ergonomic wise good which was reason for more stars in beginning but when basic quality missing no point buying this.Go standard Logitech etc so that you get at least support

The media could not be loaded. The mouse is good, very ergonomic, seems durable too but lacks all the friction and smoothness as you expect a mouse to be. Gliding around a object like mat should be smooth but this mouse doesn't know the game.

The ergonomic mouse is easy to hold and use....initially you will find it difficult to use with usuage of couple of days i find it to be very comfortable working with this mouse....the price is bit high but worth buying the product.

The black is very good with matte finish and the clicks are also silent

I had purchased an Amazon recommended warranty service with this. This product stopped functioning one day. I contacted the warranty service provider that Amazon had recommended and they denied service since the product manufacturer warranty was just 3 months. They needed at least 1 year warranty. I contacted Amazon send their customer support was to rude to talk to. I sent them service denial email from the warranty provider since Amazon blamed me for cancellation of warranty service and asked me to prove that i did not cancel the warranty after 6 months of purchase.. I never heard back from Amazon. Amazon is a bully.
