These gloves are amazing, I have an Aussie mix with medium length hair and these gloves help shed her undercoat so well. She’s bougie and sensitive all wrapped up in one dog, one wrong brush and we have hurt feelings. But with these gloves she’s on a spa day and in the end I’ve got a second dog that’s just hair, she enjoys the rub down with the biggest smile on her face and a clam relaxed demeanor. I 100% recommend these gloves if you want your house free of hair tumble weeds and a groomed happy dog to boot, trust me you won’t regret it

I've been using these a YEAR, several days a week, to groom my horse all over. Work great!! They offer a better connection with your horse during the grooming session as well as flexibility to get in tighter spaces as well as following contour of legs. So pleased and will buy again if they ever wear out! They are dirty but still function perfectly!

Update: The nubs on the gloves are too stiff for my aging cat, and its obvious it hurts her to be brushed with them no matter how light the touch. Would not recommend for an older cat where their skin and fur are thinning. Otherwise my original review a few years ago is correct. Original review: I have a domestic short hair (DSH) cat. These gloves are great because you can remove the fur from their legs, stomach and tail, something not done easily (or at all) with a brush. Using them outside or in a room that can easily be vacuumed is best. Some fur flies around, but you get the same with a brush. They are easy to clean off if there is a lot of fur - just peels right off. Not as easy if just a little fur. The cat does not mind it and only had to use them a few times to get the majority of the summer shed off. Made quick work out of the grooming process - these things are a keeper!

This is a super easy five star review. I saw these advertised and was thrilled they were available on Amazon. No more brushing, which my dog won't stand still for. These gloves are great for removing winter undercoat, grooming, as well as a great dog massage. The fur rolled right off of her, and I think it even made her coat shinier. I'm blown away because I'm not used to her standing still for a brushing. She's gazing at me right now like, "Can we do that again?" When the fur built up on the glove, all I had to do was shake my hand and it floated off. I used the size chart and measured my hand, the gloves are stretchy and fit perfectly, and the velcro closes them nice and tight so they weren't sliding around on my hand. The price point gave me a slight pause, but having used them and seen how effective and efficient they are, I know I'm going to get my money's worth. Get these gloves! Your dog will love you!

I will give these gloves credit in that they are comfortable to wear do remove a lot of cat hair by petting. Unfortunately, the cat hair then goes everywhere. if you pet more than a couple times, some of the hair caught the gloves attaches to the cat. I was hoping all the hair would stick to the gloves, and I would only have to clean the gloves. Some stays on the gloves, some stays on the cats in bunches, and some falls to the floor. After I use them, I have to clean all 3 areas, which takes time. Also, getting the hair that does stay on the gloves off is not easy. So this product works well in removing cat hair but it is not very efficient with respect to capturing the hair for an efficient clean up.

I have a dog that hates being brushed and growls the whole time but his hair requires it at least 2-3 times a weeks to keep from getting matted. But the first time I used these gloves on him he rolled over on his belly and started breathing heavy and flipping from belly to back so I could brush him. When I stopped, he basically acted like a fool...running around the house yelping, jumping on me, barking for more. It was the funniest reaction I’ve ever seen him have to anything. When I went to brush him again today he saw the gloves and started up again then promptly laid on his back to take his brushing. My dog doesn’t shed much but the gloves still did pick up some lose hairs with ease. I followed the size chart and at 10 inches I wasn’t sure if I should order the medium or the large. Went with medium and glad I did. They fit snug but not too tight. The outer fabric allows for good stretch and range of motion. There are imitations out there but I noticed that even those that appear to be the same are not. The design and placement of the rubber “brushes” are perfect to follow the natural motion of petting an animal. Spend the little extra to get the real deal...you won’t regret it. Easy to clean, and can be used to brush anything that has hair stuck to it. I brushed a blanket that my cats like to lay on. Brushed the bathroom rug and picked up lint and hair that was stuck to that as well. Very good purchase and will likely buy another pair for household use and keep these for the animals.

I have purchased these gloves twice, and I'm now ordering a third pair. I am a professional dog groomer and these are an absolute lifesaver during baths, especially on heavy coated dogs. They dramatically reduce the amount of product I need to use during the bath, and it allows me to quickly soap up even the largest, heavy coated dogs in very little time while ensuring that I'm getting all the way through the coat to ensure the dog is completely clean. I do not use these for simply dry grooming, but they are very efficient at helping to remove undercoat while bathing. The biggest difference I've noticed about these gloves vs cheaper brands is that they are a solid, single piece of rubber. Most globes will have the scrubby nubs attached to the glove, which causes them to separate after fairly light use. Each pair I've purchased has lasted 8+ months before the material starts to look worn, even they they're still usable. The only major irritation for me is the amount of hair that gets inside the fingers of the gloves, and they're not simple to turn inside out to clean.

Questi guanti sono le uniche cose che mi permettono di spazzolare la pancia del mio gatto a pelo lungo e impedire che si formino nodi. They work. They fit. They're well made. They stay in position on the hands. My dog enjoys the 'massage'. Well worth the price; very impressed.
