We use this product ourselves and it works fine.

Does the fit all iphone models!? 7 or younger

This product iphone 7 can be directly used on it. But the iPhone11/11pro/X/Xs/Xs Max/XR/8/8plus models has an anti-fingerprint coating on the back of these devices that don't allow adhesive so we recommend a case with these phone models.

Does it affect apple payments /wireless payment

I don’t use Apple Pay. So I don’t know if it will work. But Venmo and wireless bank transfers work fine.

Will this work for a Galaxy J7?

It works on my Samsung A20 so I assume so
