How much sugar in the pack?

There is no added sugar. They are just dried Goji berries and nothing else. Hope this helps you. They have a Carbohydrate value per 100g of 77.1g of which 45.6g is sugars but natural fruit sugars.

I’m not sure of the answer, but fruit does naturally contain sugar. There’s no sugar obviously added to the dried gogi berries but I add them to my porridge and the sweetness of the berries means I don’t need anything else to sweeten the porridge .

Too crunchy, but good price.

Good price but the berries are too dehydrated I think. They are quite crunchy and you have to be careful if your teeth aren’t strong! But gojis are great for your retina health which is why we take them daily.
