It originally came with a Porta-pot, which may be fine for some! We are retired senior citizens, and traveling cross country for extended periods (weeks/month/months). We "Camp to Travel, not Travel to Camp"! This Pivoting, Electric flush Toilet, is the 19" comfort height and was an awesome addition! As you can see in the pics, I "personalized" our camper to accommodate the 2 of us, rather than a small family. The unit PIVOTS! I shortened a section of seat storage, near the doorway, added a swinging accent panel, which hides it from view, during the day, and swings out at night! We can pivot the toilet, for nighttime use, then pivot it back, during the day. It has a generous 5 gal capacity tank, that pulls out and has a handle that swings out to tote it, like a piece of carry-on luggage! It does not come with the Water pump or Hatch cover. The instruction describe the specs for the On-demand perssur pump. I ordered a 12" hatch, online. It DOES come with the necessary alignment templates, for cutting the hole through the camper wall. JUST CAREFULLY FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS, AND IT WILL WORK OUT FINE! The Hatch did need a slight alteration, at the bottom, for the tank to slide out. As you might realize, it does take some mechanical skill to install, but it was well worth it for us! Review: customer servics is horrible from thetford usa - I couldn't get one of many questions answered they referred me to thetford eu. which is email only the toilet requires a wall bracket. the manual states mount the wall bracket but it does not give dimensions. the usa thetford coustomer service could not help me. the toilet requires a cut out in the wall and thetford could not give me the dimensions of the cutout. The toilet i got did not have the pigatil and there was no water connection.
