I had to use glue, but they worked after that
The adhesive didn't work, but once I glued them to the object, they have worked great and I'm glad this was an option for me because it was exactly what I needed.

Decent, Long Lasting Adhesive and reasonably strong magnets.
Originally purchased to stick USB hubs to various magnetic surfaces on jobsites, but I've found other uses for them as well. Make sure your surface is clean, then just peal and stick. I've been lugging around a couple USB hubs with these magnets on them for several years. Through airport security in my backpack and also kicking around my toolbag with all kinds of hand tools. I've yet to have one detach. I'd recommend these to anyone who needs to stick an item to metal surfaces.

only for buttons or photos
the adhesive is poor and the magnetic grip is negligible

About as strong as average fridge magnets
Saw the reviews and was still hopeful that they would do the job…they will not…I’d say the only thing these would be good for is hanging paper on a fridge. Stuck the sticky side and tried to hang a pair of kitchen shears/scissors… shears held for a second and then fell off If someone from the company happens to see this, take off the “4x stronger” and put an actual hold weight so people don’t waste time and money on your product.

Not the solution I hoped it would be
This is 3M, it can only be so bad, but it wasn't the right solution for the job I wanted it to do. I wanted it to hold an 8 x 5 pad of paper to the fridge. The magnet held well to the fridge door, but the pad kept popping off of the adhesive side of the strip onto the floor. I don't know if I'm expected to do more than just apply the strip and hold together firmly, but it didn't do a very good job. I did use a strip at the top and another at the bottom of the pad. Cheap pads that I pick up at Walmart seem to adhere well using this method so I am surprised that I couldn't duplicate that with 3M strips.

This Magnetic Tape Strips can be used out door.
The Armstrong Magnetic Tape Strips arrived on time and work great. I used it on the exterior of my vehicle and no problems.

Just What I Needed
These are a good strength and easy to apply. I used them to add to an index card holder so I could place it on a file cabinet.

Had high hopes.
Magnet is super strong unfortunately the adhesive is not. I put 2 on a clean dry light weight wooden coat rack with 3 knob. I let it Be for 24 hours then stuck it on the metal door . But it fell down after 12 hours ,scared the heck out of the cats but the magnet was still on the metal door. I’m going to buy some gorilla glue . That’ll do it , it’ll stick those little magnets right to the wood . But we really shouldn’t have to buy another product, to get the product we just bought to work right!
