Since I have been taking the Lutein with the Zeaxanthin, it might be close to a year. I can see better at night if I’m driving my car. I am so pleased with the results.

My eyes have been great ever since I started this product

I think my eyes are a bit better in overall functioning. But that is not a rigorous scientific claim. It could be due to other factors or within the range of placebo effects. I did change other factors such as using lubricant eye drops and eating more spinach, too. That elusiveness is true for many supplements. What I do like a lot about this product, and the Puritans Pride products in general, is the overall high quality of their liquid-filled capsules. The ones I have received are really nice little products. They are easy to swallow and pleasant to use.

Affordable

I used to have extremely dry eyes and sharp stabbing pains in my eyes. I had to use special eye drops several times a day and it only provided a minimal amount of relief. I started taking this product a few years ago and within a few months of starting it I had no more pain in my eyes and I rarely have to use eye drops anymore.

Honestly, I took this bottle until it was done, but I really can't pinpoint if it has done anything specific. My eyesight wasn't any better and it hasn't gotten any worse in the weeks after the supply was finished.
