I bought this for my 14 year old daughter who had both ears blocked. The doctor wouldn't see her to syringe her ears until she had applied olive oil for least 10 days, and the local opticians who advertise an earwax removal service (for £60!) could only do so on a child with a doctor's referral... so I bought the kit as a last resort. It was simple to use, and one ear cleared immediately once I got the angle of the sprayer tip right - the other took a couple of goes. As she is evidently prone to regular wax build-up this is a much better long term solution than booking doctors' appointments and is well worth the money.I was extremely impressed with the customer service. I thought there was a small item missing in the kit, and I emailed the company to ask them to send it; they wrote back almost immediately (over a weekend) to say they were not only sending a whole new kit, but also refunding half of the cost of the original purchase. I subsequently found the missing part, and they were very gracious, saying I could keep both kits and the refund.All in all a very positive experience.

I have had problems with my ears for years and usually have them sorted by my Doctors Surgery, but with COVID 19 restrictions they were unable to help me and I had suddenly gone almost totally deaf with a wax blockage.I had been putting olive oil and Bi Carb drops in so things were already fairly soft when the equipment arrived, thankfully very quickly. My wife and I figured out how we were going to do it, it’s a little scary........ my advise is take your time, use hand hot water, and don’t rush, you are dealing with a very sensitive part of your body.It didn’t work instantly, we had to have several goes at it over a period of a few hours but it proved very successful.Thank you, your product saved me.

Just used this for the first time! I bought it because I have always had bad ears and I knew this could help!I had my partner help me and the results were so gross but I now feel like I have super hearing! I also did his ears just for the fun of it and ended up using the tools to get a piece of wax the size of a bug out! 🤮I will definitely be doing this again though! My ears feel much cleaner! Might take a bit of persuading to get my partner to help me with it again though 😂

The kit is complete and of good value to those who can make use of it in a safe, professional manner. Instructions are clear, though some inaccuracies. DO NOT fully insert the probe INTO the ear drum! (I have emailed seller to amend instructions). DO NOT use if you have had sudden hearing loss, pain, discharge, tinnitus - see your GP / Nurse instead. Product is well made and with care does it's job. Just ensure you instill a few drops of olive oil two-three times daily for a week BEFORE use, it will maximise clearance of wax.

After cleaning my sons ears a few weeks ago a big bit of wax came out. On closer inspection I could see that his left ear was completely blocked with what can only be described as a wall of wax!I couldn’t believe it, and straight away got the olive oil drops out to try to help loosen it.After about 10 days there was no change at all, so I decided to have a look at home kits to remove wax (we all know how it is getting an appointment at the doctors and I had been told by a few people that they no longer offer ear flushing?)As it was for my 5 year old, I wanted to make sure it was as gentle as possible and recommended for children, as some of the kits specifically said not for under 12. I finally found this and it had some great reviews, so I thought why not!Well, after the first flush (using a whole bottle) there were small bits coming out and I could see it was slowly breaking down.We decided to do one more bottle and half way through that, the monster appeared! I could not believe my eyes, it was the size of a Saltana!!His ears are now completely clear and there is finally no excuse that he can’t hear me haha!There was no issues with it being painful, he just said it tickled a little and we took breaks every now and then to empty the pot. I actually think it was the most time he has sat still for!100% recommend this product and I can’t wait to do everyone’s ears that I know!

Easy to use

At first I was terrified to spray water in my blocked ear but I was desperate...After a week of not hearing... Using eardrops and trying again with earbuds (the thing that blocked my ear) nothing worked...I checked out the reviews and was impressed but scared ewww... I didn't want water logged ears on top of wax?!?!?Anyway... I followed the instructions and realised it's literally just pumping warm water in my ear... Low and behold I could hear and my ear felt as clean as whistle... I'd never use earbuds again...It's now weeks later... And I wanna clean my ears again just for hygiene purposes (...and for fun lol) as well as my whole family because I swear these kids are deaf lol... But I somehow (probably in celebration of unblocking my ear) lost the other 29 disposable tips?!?!So... I had to contact the seller, they replied promptly and have sent me some more free of charge...So....in conclusion lol... I would really recommend the product and buying from this seller for reassurance that you can continue to use in the futureFor those desperate to unblock or ear DO... NOT... HESITATE lol it works x
