Cost effective, much cheaper than from the pool store, and got our water to where it needed to be!

This is a basic commodity item required for most pools. Not much product difference between brands and suppliers. This quantity from this supplier is handy and a good value.

Working great, exactly as advertised. I followed the simple directions on the box to determine how much to add. Made sure to pre-dissolve in a 5gal bucket with pool water before pouring it in my pool. Measured before and after calcium levels, and the increase was exactly as expected from the directions. I am very pleased with this product. I will say, the full box was only 20LB total so I am doubting the 25LB advertising but maybe it was just mine.

Great low cost alternative to raise the water hardness in inground pools that protects the marcite/diamond bright surface from etching and erosion.

Works as advertised

Drained and refilled the pool. Needed to increase the hardness. Bought the 25# box. This product arrived in a reasonable amount of time and worked perfectly. The instructions on the bag are accurate but if you are unsure of how many gallons of water are in your pool, I would advice adding half the recommended amount, test the water, and then add the rest as needed. Much cheaper than the national pool supply house too.
