There's a lot of negative reviews about the legs breaking, so I'll just say this, don't try flexing the legs into crazy positions and be gentle with it, after all it is a cheaper tripod. I've used it a few times now and it works great. I really like the ball and socket feature with tightening knob for adjusting the phone/camera angle. It's super easy to use and it's tiny so you can easily throw it in your backpack or whatever have you. On a flat hard surface it's 100% completely stable. It seems to be of medium duty build quality.
