I use this to help with my eye that has nerve damage..It seems to work some...but....I dont think I take it enough times a day, so, I am working on that....It does not burn...Its a work in progress. No doctor recommended it, they opinion was, nerve gone...live with it...

I take this supplement to help my reduce the effects of rosacea and skin rashes. Good value for the money. Like the Now brand supplements.

I don't feel any effect from these capsules but maybe that is normal. The price was great for the amount you get and now Foods is supposed to be a trusted company.

Bought this to help naturally lower my cholesterol. I went down 10 points in 6 months.

It gave me horrible acid reflux & body aches got significantly worse. However, I have done my research and I knew that this would be a risk factor and I still think it is a good product, it's doing what it's supposed to do and sometimes it affects people this way. I had acid reflux before I bought this but I haven't had an episode in over a decade but this brought it out

These vitamins have been very effective. I have purchased various brands of Vitamin B-3 and have taken them for more than 30 days at a time, allowing a 25-day pause before trying a new brand. So far, this particular brand has worked exceptionally well. I am currently undecided between this one and the B-complex vitamins from Natural Life Labs, as both have provided me with plenty of energy. While one is solely Vitamin B and the other is a B-complex, I highly recommend either option. ME
