My nieces and nephews like to do crafts. When I babysit I always have a few crafts with me. While this isn't really a "craft", the kids enjoy watching the capsules grow and seeing what will "pop out" from the capsule. My youngest niece (age 6) has told me a few times that she loves the crafts that are sponges. Even the oldest child (age 13) still enjoys doing this (although not as much as he when he was younger).

Honestly, a really fun toy for little kids and as long as they are under careful supervision because they could be ingested and possibly be dangerous, but other than that, they’re great
