I have used this product a few days now. I am using it for the magnesium benefit and I figure I could use the calcium as well. It doesn’t taste good so add it to juice or a smoothie. I have used other mineralife products as well like the multivitamin and trace minerals

I had a friend recommend this product to me. I didn't care for the taste of it. I find it hard to take on a regular basis because of the flavor. I wish it had no flavor at all. But unfortunately it does. I have to take liquid vitamins, so I'm going to restart taking them again, and I will keep you updated.

I really enjoy this product, easy to take and has great absorbency!

I have couple problems with this item. It taste extremely bitter, rubber top part is not flexible enough to pump suggested dosage (there is marking of 1 ml on dropper and you have to use 4 ml, I could never fill it up to the line no matter how hard I squeezed the top) and I did not notice any deference in how I feel.

I didn't buy this product from Amazon. The one I bought doesn't come with a pump. I just pour a capful into a glass of water every morning and drink it straight. So easy to use. I like the taste - just slightly salty.
