well made. We like the paddles like this with more feel than the fancy spnge paddles. Bought more becase the rest of family was sparring over who could use them.

For me, the ball bounces off them better (less force/motion needed) and hits are more controlled. I brought them to my weekly ping pong party, and about half my friends preferred them. This is a nice kit my son got for Christmas with a ping pong table. It was nice he got everything in 1 pack. However, these are a bit small and short for adult hands. I’m glad we have it but will be searching for something different for when I’m playing with him.

They’ve been fun to use, and for the price, I am glad I purchased them (2 rackets, 2 balls, great value!). I do have 2 issues with the rackets: 1. Very little padding. This limits control, as the ball just bounces off the wood. With more padding, you can control the speed of the game. 2. Tape holding padding tends to fall off. I find myself securing the tape multiple times when I see the edges falling off. Overall, if you’re just looking to have fun at a party, or not play that often, these will get the job done, but if you are looking to play more often than that, I would go with a higher quality pair.
