Wore this for the first time yesterday during my run. Let me just say I’ve owned the kind from a different company that uses the small sand weights (trash) , this molded plate is fantastic!!!!! The vest sits well on my frame (6.2 & my weight 250lbs) I am into strength training and cardio with the vest. Did 3.3 miles and shoulders pads felt great and it didn’t bounce at all . I am beyond pleased! We will see how the sewing and fabric does in the long run but for now the side opens for the plate to go in and it has multiple straps to keep it there ! GREAT JOB Northern Gym! Love it!!

This is a very good vest. Good stitching and durable. I've worn it several times and it is relatively comfortable. I haven't trashed it, yet, but I am confident that it will hold up.

Lite but very effective in getting your workout done, it rides on the throat a bit but no problem you can adjust it to lower the front and back fits very comfortable when running you may have to take plates out and wash it often because you will sweat a lot

Pretty good. My lower back does rub it when running. Otherwise pretty good!

Excellent comfort so far. As with any weighted vest may take a bit of fine tuning but overall I really like it so far.
