I received it the next day, looks exactly like my old remote and not being very tech savvy, I naively assumed it would work as soon as the batteries were inserted. Since this was my 3rd failed remote in 3 days, I assumed my TV was the problem. I asked for a refund in disgust. A few hours later I read the reviews and after following the instructions in the description box it worked.Switch TV on manually, press and hold button on TV until pairing appears on the screen and follow instructions from there.Took less than a munute. Delighted I do not need a new TV. I reviewed as a 4 because it came with no instructions, or even a lable on the package to say, use pairing advise on.......wherever. instead I spent the night watching TV on my phone and worrying how I was going to afford a new TV. Not all customers are tech savvy, some of us need spoon fed

Appears to be well made but couldn't get it to pair with my 32-inch sharp aquos tv. The instructions on amazon say to press the green and yellow buttons for a few seconds and the TV should recognise this but no success.

Didn't work at first . As told me to press green and blue or blue and yellow to pair up . My advice try all colours . Mine was red and yellow to pair up . Worked fine then

I wouldn’t recommend this, you get no instructions with the remote itself and it may look just like my tv remote but I have looked up so may different ways to get it to pair to my tv and it just will not absolutely disgusted as it stated it was recommended for my tv and an absolute waste of almost £14 for something I’m going to have to now pay to send back 😡

Works just like genuine remote

I had been searching for ages for this remote as none we listed for my 12v motorhome TV (Sharp 24" Smart LED DVD 12v/24v TV with Freeview Play, Satellite, Saorview, PVR, LC-24DHG6132KFM). It arrived and worked right away.

Doesn’t work

Using the manual it says press and hold the yellow and blue button when pairing- this is wrong was ready to send back but played around with it and it was the green and blue button that paired it for me
