Blueberry Cinnamon granola tastes good. I DON'T like that it has erythritol as an ingredient. It is also on the pricey side of the no sugar added granola I considered. It did NOT cause a leap in my blood sugar, which as a diabetic was crucial.

I am obsessed with this product! It arrived fresh, tastes awesome, works as a breakfast meal or just to grab a bit for mid-day snack, and did I mention it tastes GREAT?! This is my 2nd round of Keto. Both times I started the diet in order to lose weight, but also to get off sugar. I have celiac disease, and nearly all gluten free products are filled with corn, rice or SUGAR. Carbs, Ugh. However, while this product does have a warning that it is processed in facility that has wheat, I have had no gluten allergic reaction to this (and I am super sensitive to cross contamination). The ingredients itself are gluten free, with nothing fake added. Aside from Keto just making me feel great (no more blood sugar spikes) I lose weight safely. It also just makes me change my eating habits to eat more cleanly, healthier., and I sleep better, no brain fog, and I really love it. But even though I find Keto easy to follow, if I'm super busy at work and miss lunch, I'm looking for a quick replacement. This is it. This starts with 11 carbs, minus 4g fiber and 4g sugar alcohols .. so you end up with 3 net carbs for 1/3 cup. The granola itself is really small, so 1/3 cup is a good portion size (especially if it's being used as a mid-day snack). I usually only eat whole, fresh foods and hardly anything packaged, so to find this packaged granola with such an awesome fresh taste, I feel like I just scooped this out of a whole foods bin. Very nice product .. I'm a fan! Will be back for more.

This cereal is great tasting, but it's just to pricey. After my first order I intended to order again then noticed the price had increased by a dollar. Small bag with a big price.
