I bought a used but acceptable one, it wasn’t in the original packaging, but otherwise completely fine. I used it to clean my hybrid floors that you are not supposed to use cleaner on and it worked amazingly. So easy and fast, plus dry time was unbelievably fast. It was great considering I have children and pets running around. The cord length is more than sufficient to reach every room in my cape without having to change outlets. I’m 100% satisfied with the purchase. The only things that I I think could be be better is if the steam trigger could lock for floor cleaning and if there was a cord holder or something for that.

I am very happy with this purchase and take great pleasure in cleaning the grout in my tile floors! I don't think they've ever been cleaned (I rent). It'd say it cleans my floors as well as mopping. Not as easy as I'd thought this tool would be, but it's really not difficult, just takes a moment to figure out your groove. It's quicker than mopping for sure and less tedious, therefore I'm cleaning my floors more often. Bissell packs spare brushes, which is a blessing as cleaning the grout pummels them. Depending on what you intend to use this for, you will have to order more. I'm giving this 4 out of 5 stars because because it is a corded device, it is a bit clunky. If you want a reachargable device (if they exist), I'm sure the cost would be more. The cord is plenty long for me and the steam heats up super quick.

Switching between modes is quick and easy, making it convenient for various cleaning tasks around the house. The only cons about this product is the cleaning heads. I went through so many just to do one job. It looks like they melt or get ruined with debris. Also, it has a long cord but sometimes it gets in the way and can get a bit heavy if using for long periods of time.

This steamer is heavy duty and versatile. I love the attachments even I have not tried every one of them yet. The only downside is that some users may find it a bit heavy. However, I think it is built to last. I used other steam mops before and they are built cheaply and do not last.

I will never recommend anyone to buy this product as I’ve waited for this product for a month and then had to wait for the converter. After all this, it didn’t work and had to return the product eventually. Such a waste of time.
