The Profoot worked wonders for me!
I suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for four months. I kept playing tennis and pickleball by taping my feet every day. I also did stretching and strengthening exercises every day. However, it wasn't until I bought the Profoot that my right heel got much better. It was amazing. When I purchased the Profoot, Amazon was also promoting some Plantar Fasciitis socks. I decided to buy them too. They seemed very helpful, as I didn't have to tape my feet again. This is the sixth month, and my heels are okay. I am so grateful. I am going to purchase another Profoot to put in my golf shoes. They really did make a big difference. Plus, they are so reasonably priced! This is my husband's account so I just want you to know that it was my feet that had challenges.

Work in closed shoes
I tried using these in sandals or other open shoes (maybe that was just foolish, but it's summer, and that's what I needed support in) and they didn't work, of course, they just 'backed out' of the sandals. OK. I thought maybe with the rubbery bottoms they might stick in place. But now I've used them in closed shoes a few times and as other reviewers have said, they do take some getting used to. They make my foot feel like it's resting on the arch, and definitely take the pressure of my heel spur, which is what I really need. I have been hobbling with plantar fasciitis for awhile now, and while the PF has calmed down, the heel spur is still a problem. There are good days and bad days, using Crocs as my summer 'shoes' exclusively. It depends on the kind of massage and other exercise I do to try to help my feet. But I can say that wearing these insoles, I don't really feel the heel spur and I can walk much faster and with more confidence than I could wearing Crocs. It's nice not to be hobbling along so slowly. I do find that I'm getting used to them and I am relieved to get home and take my shoes off after a few hours. But I hope that like others, I will eventually adjust to them to the point that I can walk for hours without pain, because I definitely need to be able to keep up with others on an upcoming sight-seeing holiday. Wearing these insoles in closed shoes - instead of the Crocs - also seems to be having a good effect on my knee problems, but that could be due to a variety of other factors (supplements, moving more because I can walk more easily with the insoles, etc.) Others may not have similar problems or a similar effect. In general, they are worth buying, but don't be surprised if you have to get used to them gradually, as they sort of raise your foot (I feel a bit like I'm wearing lifts inside my shoes) while at the same time taking the pressure off your heel and - at least it feels to me - stretching the plantar fascia a bit. Your foot needs to get used to being supported in a different way.

My foot doesn't hurt
After a few visits to my chiropractor for heal pain, I knew I had to get some support for my flat feet. My heal pain was so bad. After some research and reviews, I went with these. The first day, I felt that I may be wrong with my choice. But by day two my foot didn't hurt. I am a working mom of 3 and wear man different types of shoes. They fit in my ballet flats, sneakers, my boot heals and various others. I actually don't know what I would do without them. Don't get my wrong. Other types work. But not like these.

Immediate heal pain relief
After trying other products for what is probably plantar fasciitis and having wrecked and ran 19 miles last weekend I was incredibly surprised to feel pain relief immediately after putting these in my shoes. It's gives me hope to find these that in another week my feet will be ready much quicker now. I work a lot on my feet anyway and it has just been excruciating. Finding these make me wonder why do we have to try all these different 25 to $50 inserts that don't support us when these ones that are decently priced due? So I looked at the package and it has a picture of my foot problem right on the front cover. Pain in that bone that's my heel. And on the back cover it shows the fascia and a big red blob right where I feel pain. The mechanics of it work great. I have a medium Arch I'm overweight but extremely active and I cannot use shoes with the small toe box. After an entire week of slowly lumping around nursing myself with ibuprofen frequent death soaks with epsom salts and waking up in the morning with pain shooting through my heels I finally feel hope. All the stuff can't wait to see the progress using these now. I was skeptical and you may be too I suggest just give them a try.

Decent
The insole is seems designed for average arches. Not wide feet with low arch or high arch people. It's not bad. It's not great. But it did help relieve some of my pain. I had no heel support on my sketchers swift fit. (They're not good shoes to begin with). I'm approximately 220lbs. So heel support and arch support are required and I work 12hr nights. I added these and I immediately felt a difference. I felt heel support 4/5 and arch support 3/5. The arch part feels stiff and I've been wearing them for a month now or more and they still feel stiff. The product is a half foots length and made of a silicone. Make sure to line the insoles to the shoes heel, (as far back into the heel of the shoe as you can get it) if it's slightly off or crooked you'll develop pressure callouses or worsen your plantar fasciitis. I learned that the hard way.

Lifesavers
I have tried SO MANY shoes to fix my plantar fasciitis pain, but these are the best thing I’ve tried by far, and I can wear them in any of my regular shoes! Sure wish I’d found these a few hundred dollars of desperation shoe buys earlier. They are WONDERFUL. Have done an absolutely stunning job of lessening my pain. Thank you so much for making these!

They help with my foot pain so much, that I bought a second pair so I can have a pair in my indoor shoes, and my outdoor shoes. Love them so much! My foot pain was crippling, then after I received my first pair, after wearing them for a week, I noticed a HUGE difference! The pain wasn’t half as bad. If I go without wearing my shoes with the orthotics, I have pain the next day. They’re fantastic, amazing, and I recommend them for anyone with plantars fasciitis, best $50 ($25 CAD per pair) I ever spent! The fabric did rub off pretty easily, but that doesn’t matter. What matters is how well they work. I’ve recommended these to friends who have PF, or know someone which PF.
