Thank you....for making our lifes brighter....and no curtains .....
Recently did a complete make over of our two bathrooms. During remodel....decided to go with showers only - no tub/shower combinations. By using this product, enabled us to have a well lit bathroom, no shower drapes and a very clean and modern bathroom (X-2). My wife and I did the installation ourselves ..... much easier than we initially thought it would be and much more durable. Quick (cross-country) delivery....only 3 of 112 8"x8"x4" blocks were damaged .... notified shipper and before we had completed our upgrade, replacement blocks arrived. Thank You.

Great customer service!
When we received the items, there was 1 broken in the box. The company had us take a picture, text it to them and they immediately replaced it. We didn't have to go through the trouble of mailing it back or waiting for that process. They made it so easy!

Coating on the sides is ugly and is VERY hard to remove.
Great product, BUT they come with a coating on the sides for mortar to adhere to. If you want them clear on all sides you have to remove the coating. NOT AN EASY TASK!!

They are heavy.
They are heavy. I am making something so not the traditional use. Love the wavy glass. Wished the outer edge was not painted all scratches show. I had to spray around outer band to improve clean them up. Love them.

Blocks smell like they were in waste water for weeks
I placed two orders. Both inside product packages came in wet and moldy when the outside package was dry and undamaged. The cardboard boxes were so wet that they sticked to every single glass block which was hard to peel and took time to clean. Blocks smell like they were in waste water for weeks.

Disappointed
Nice blocks, but most of them had what appeared to be glued on brown paper. I had to clean them over and over to get off the sticky stuff and they also had cloudy looking areas
