This duct is well made and easy to set up. My old one for dryer already over 5 years and decided to get a new one-to replace it. I was able to hook it up to the dryer fairly easily with the included clamps. All you need is a screwdriver, it’s really easy work .

Worked PERFECTLY for my unconventional use. I needed something to act as a "toy block" to keep kids' and dog toys from disappearing forever under our couch. I was looking for something 4" high with a little give so I could push it into place under the couch. I also wanted something that would come in one piece, was black (so you can't notice it standing), and wasn't going expensive. This product fit the bill! It took me about 10 minutes to get it into place. You can see it at floor level, but no one would ever know it's there standing or sitting in our living room.

I bought this because the flimsy tinfoil dryer vent hoses don't last long, and the semi rigid ones don't tear, but they do get crushed if a cat decides to get back there. This one seems like a good compromise between the two. It's a hair smaller than most dryer vent hoses; I was a little worried about getting it over the pipe to outside and it was a bit of a struggle. However, it survived the struggle intact where a foil hose would have torn. Same with the elbow joint. But now that I have it installed, I think it will last much longer than our vent hoses usually do.

I like that it has a coating over the foil. It is like a plastic coat that keeps the foil from breaking. Better than others I have used. Would buy it again.

The length and flexibility needed to get the job done.

AS DURABLE AS ANYTHING ELSE ON THE MARKET , IT JUST REQUIRES PATIENCE AND A SENSIBLE APPLICATION OTHERWISE YOU WOULD HAVE NO FLEXIBILITY AND WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET THIS PRODUCT IN TIGHT SPACES , I FOUND IT A LOT EASIER TO WORK WITH THAN THE FOIL TYPE EXHAUST HOSES , I LOVE THE O-CLAMPS OVER THE CONVENTIONAL METAL SPRING RINGS , I ALSO BOUGHT A PAIR OF 4-IN CRIMPED COUPLINGS AND ASSEMBLED THE WHOLE PACKAGE BEFORE ATTACHING TO THE DRYER AND THE EXHAUST.

It's a dryer/vent hose so I don't have a lot to say, but it is much, much sturdier than the cheaper thin ones. This feels like it will last ages and is well worth the extra few £'s

1) it looks durable, time will tell.2) the price is good if you get the correct length3) the code on the package was for 16 feet, when opened and over stretched was 11 feet.

The multiple layers prevent air flow stoppage. My dryer was close to the wall and now has to protrude 3 inches, but I don't get dryer overheat and stoppage.
