Straight up: It works.
I'm a licensed massage therapist and I'm always looking for new products that can help me and my clients through pain and tension. Recently I've been having a hard time sleeping on my back, I just can't breathe well so I end up turning on my side. I've also been experiencing jaw (tmj) tension and my neck often needs to be cracked multiple times a day for years now. Only after one use, it has released tremendous tension from my jaw and my neck. I can also breathe better! I'm really dialed into this sort of thing from all of the massage work I've done, I'm very familiar with how the body works and how to heal tension. I am adding this to the list of products that I recommend to my clients who have these specific pains so they can be helped beyond the massage work that I do. I'm also considering using this on some of my clients when they are facing up while receiving massage work from me. And if anybody is looking for a more supportive ergonomic pillow, I'm also using the zamat ergonomic pillow. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0989NVKNS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It's finally allowing me to sleep on my back again because it angles my neck correctly so I can breathe! It's a big deal, side sleeping has not been good for my body. With these two combined products I can already tell how much better my sleep will be and how much my body will improve through proper support.

Definitely works for me
I agree with the 10 minute limit, start at 3-5 minutes and a few times a day. I had a stiff neck frequently, probably because I sit at a pair of monitors all day , and probably not great posture. I use this morning before work, mid day break on the floor and again after work or bedtime. Relaxes my neck and shoulders. Mostly I just let my neck stretch, but also some gentle left / right head turns, but not far, not a stretch. More of a gentle rocking

Very Good Product
I have been using this for about a month or so, 3-5x per week. It's the first time I've used any of these so I have nothing to compare it to. Some reviewers complained that it's too hard. My take is that it has to be firm to hold your neck and top of shoulders and correct bad neck/head posture without losing form. Personally, I don't find it that hard. The first times you use it, you may feel a cooling or warming sensation at your nape/back of your skull. Start with the longer side towards your shoulders and when you get up, roll to the side rather than sitting up. I'd caution against falling sleep with it. This is to be used for 10 minutes/day only. I will continue to use and provide an update.

Not very comfortable
Needed to use a soft cloth between the relaxer and my neck. Not quite painful but not comfortable either. Would not purchase again.

I like it
I like this neck stretching tool, it seems to be helping me. In my opinion you don't want to stay on this for a long time (it's not a relaxation pillow), just for a few minutes but, THE KEY is to use it every day so over time the neck muscles relax and stretch and gently open up (which will help with posture and alignment). I find it helpful when using this to VERY GENTLY nod my chin up and down a little to help the muscles to relax and to release (I do that with my head in the center then, turn my head to the left and gently nod up and down and finally, to the right; one or two minutes is all I need but, I do that everyday). So my advice would be to go slow, try to learn how to relax the neck muscles, and also give it some time work (don't try to get instant miraculous results tik tokers). This company sells 2 versions of this tool (the O-Shape and the C-Shape) and I was trying to decide which to purchase, I like this O-Shape version because it seems to me that it is probably a little firmer/taller than the C-Shape version. My guess is that maybe the O-Shape version is better for taller people (or people with a longer neck) and the C-Shape version is better for shorter people.

Have sent it back to Amazon!
Probably my worst Amazon purchase ever. I should have heeded the negative reviews, because they were absolutely correct. This hunk of junk was the most worthless thing. It is a solid (very smelly) piece of plastic, with absolutely NO give. I have regularly seen a chiropractor, and have had plenty of physical therapy, so I know what works and what doesn't. Had really hoped that this would help between visits. NOPE. It has absolutely NO give, and was like trying to use a small boulder to relieve pain. It hurt me so bad within about two minutes that I literally thought that I would pass out. If my carotid artery had been that far back, it would have cut off all blood flow to my brain, and I'd be dead. As it was, It hurt terribly, and NOT a 'good' hurt, where you know that it will help you. Just miserable pain. Five days later, and my neck is still killing me from trying it, i have a terrible headache (which I almost never get), and now unfortunately, my chiropractor temporarily closed due to the pandemic. Trust me on this that it did more harm than good for me. In my opinion, a product like this shouldn't be allowed on the market, period. I'm sure the Seller is lovely, but this product sure isn't.

Works Immediately, Affordable, and Very Versatile!
I have fibromyalgia, with muscle tension being my biggest symptom. Over the past year, the tension likes to linger in my head, my TMJ, my neck, and my shoulders when I have flare-ups. Medication alone don't always take care of the issue, if at all. I looked around for an item on Amazon that would help relieve my symptoms. When I saw the Neck and Shoulder Relaxer, I was convinced to purchase it because of the list of its abilities to relieve a multitude of symptoms... and it was affordable! When it finally arrived, I used it immediately before bedtime because I had a mean tension headache and jaw pain that I had for a few days. When I woke up the next morning, I felt SO MUCH better!!! Any time I feel tension starting, I use this every time! I bought 3 more of them for others: my best friend (migraines), my sister (occipital neuralgia), and another friend (cervical support for neck-- that still has some issues, even after a corrective surgery she had years ago). I have so much confidence in this product, and I highly advise getting one for yourself!!!

Great product. Wish it was a bit softer
It’s a bit hard for my boney neck, but my dad and roommate likes it. I bought them both one, and it’s frequently used. My kids come over to my house and would always use this while we talk. Put a towel or something soft so it will cushion the neck.
