I’m not sure I noticed any significant differences or if it’s related to the pills or other factors, but I didn’t experience midday fatigue and I’ve been sleeping well. I also didn’t have any adverse stomach or skin reactions. I think capsules are easier to manage and remember than powders, but I do wish the dosage wasn’t 3 pills.
