This stuff gave a great sheen without leaving me too greasy. My long hair got oily, but that was inevitable. Worked well over my spray tan. I will use this for future competitions. I had leftovers after one competition.

Gives a good shine without looking wet and greasy. Just the right amount of shine for physique or classic physique competition. would probably be great for photo shoots as well. Applies easily and doesn't run much, even over a spray tan.

More of a Satin FInish Than a Gloss
Bodybuilders used to use baby oil to bring out definition but now the look is more subtle and this gives more of a "sheen" than a shine -- if that's what you're after.
