A Life-Saving Essential for Anyone with Medical Conditions
As someone with severe food and drug allergies and a heart condition, this medical ID has been an absolute must-have. It fits perfectly on a variety of smartwatches, including Apple Watches, and is incredibly easy to set up. What makes it truly stand out is how quickly it can be used in an emergency. All someone has to do is flip the band over and scan the QR code to access a full medical profile—assuming you've uploaded the information. It’s reassuring to know that vital details are instantly accessible when seconds count. This ID has quite literally saved my life during an anaphylactic episode. It’s comfortable to wear, clearly visible, and gives me peace of mind every day. Highly recommended for anyone with serious health concerns.

Best med bracelet
Easy to enter medical history. I’ve brought other med bracelets but this is the best so far!❤️

Great little medical ID for Apple Watch
My doctor recommended I get a medical ID bracelet for a medical condition that I have, but I am a Xennial and I didn’t want to look like an old grandmother with a clunky medical bracelet. This is perfect! It fits right on my Apple Watch band, and the app that goes with it is super easy to use. I also really love that the app has a feature that will alert your chosen emergency contact by text if emergency personnel ever scan the QR code.

Love This!❤️
I have several medical conditions that require a medical ID. I’ve gotten so tired of wearing a medical alert bracelet. I didn’t want another piece of jewelry. When I saw myID I was sold. I love the way it fits snugly on my Apple watch band. I got the red sleeve so it really stands out on my blue band. It’s really comfortable. I don’t even notice it’s there. The back scans easily, giving quick access to the app and my medical information. This is well worth the price.

Excellent product
I’m 73 with many medical issues and the medical alert bracelet is too limited. When I saw this sleeve I decided to try it. I’m very impressed. It fits perfectly on my Apple Watch. Just download the app and fill in your medical information. It’s very easy to use and will allow a lot of information. I told my son and DIL in case I’m unresponsive. That way they just scan the QR code, enter the ID and pin on the back of the sleeve and the doctors have everything they need. I haven’t tried the premium yet but it’s affordable. I just hope this company stays in business.

Seems good; haven’t needed it for real yet; some risks
I haven’t upgraded to Plus, which gives you additional features. Make sure you understand that the item itself has no electronics and none of your medical data. Instead, emergency responders would need to scan your unique QR code (or use the URL, your unique ID info, or the Getmyid phone number). They then get your profile online. My EMT cousin assures me he’d find it. He says he’d prefer the phone number over the QR code so he can put the phone on speaker and keep both hands free. The company apparently doesn’t offer 24x7 phone coverage, so responders would have to use the QR code some of the time. It fits my Fitbit Charge 2 wristband snugly. It doesn’t slide around. This was my main reason for buying it, so I didn’t have to wear a medical bracelet in addition to my Fitbit. The setup was pretty easy. You can include as much info or as little as you want, well beyond what a normal medical bracelet would show. You can modify it at your convenience. I haven’t tried uploading documents, but I believe that’s only for paid Plus subscribers. You can set up two-factor authentication. This is an important feature for protecting the kind of private data you’d store in your profile. I haven’t worn it long enough to have any wear and tear, but it seems sturdy. Although it has several advantages over a simple medical bracelet, there are some risks to consider. You might consider these risks acceptable, but at least you’ll be making an informed decision. Risks: Anyone who gains possession of your MyID sleeve can look up your info, just like an emergency responder. Any private info you store in your profile is on the company’s website. In security terms, they’re holding both PII (personally identifiable information) and PHI (protected health information). The website's privacy statement gives a general description of their security practices. There’s also an availability risk. Will the emergency responder have Internet access at the critical moment? Will the website be up and responsive? Does the company have resilient uptime mechanisms in place? There’s also the risk that the company will go out of business, or stop providing this service. You might live with your condition for another 20 years, for example, but will the company still be around then? Will you find out about it if they go under? I’m crossing my fingers on these risks.

Important Information Easily Available
I purchased this because I have a health condition that sometimes has led to medical intervention. I put my information on this item and placed on my watch band, not expecting it to be needed anytime soon. Just a few days later, paramedics were able to access my medical issues/personal information by scanning the QR code on the back. I just kept saying, "Look at my watch" and one of the paramedics finally realized I had a Medical ID sleeve on it and removed my watch to access my information. It was nice not having to answer the questions that were stored on the sleeve, making it easier on me to focus on my situation. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a chronic medical condition!

Beware the Bait and Switch
When I bought this, the free profile information included emergency contacts, vital medical conditions, medications, and some other useful information. Great... I got what I paid for. But within a couple of years I was informed I would have to pay an annual fee for my profile to continue to show medications, which are important for first responders to know. I feel extorted that I now have to continue paying to maintain a proper profile for vital first responders. Don't trust that this is a one-and-done solution.

Simple. Exclactly what I was looking for. Don’t like that it blends with a darker watch but overall does what it needs to and that is communicates information

Works a treat. Tested with some Ambulance officers and they recognise it and when they scanned the QR code it had all the information they needed.

We purchased this for our daughter. She isn’t one for wearing necklaces and bracelets all the time so this was just perfect for her. We are really impressed with this little watch tag, it fits perfectly on Apple Watch. Set up is amazing, lots of space for all medical conditions, prescription tablets etc. you can also put a photo of yourself on it, blood group etc. we were surprised that it holds information for 3 emergency contacts. I wanted to leave this review as not many people have left one. We were not sure if it was any good. So if you are unsure I would definitely recommend this 100%. Only downside was having to wait nearly two weeks for it to come.

Discrete an effective alternative to a medic-alert bracelet that gives the me the peace of mind to communicate my medical conditions/needs if I’m not able to communicate for myself.

I did not like wearing my medical bracelet which I need on me at all times. I stopped wearing it as it’s not convenient everyday use. I came across this for my sports watch and thought, what great idea as I wear my watch everyday. I’m over the moon with this on my watch and since day one, I haven’t gone a day without it.
