Will this work on getting rid of bamboo?

Depends on the type of bamboo. Bamboo grows from rhizomes. If you have running bamboo, the rhizomes spread and will come up from where they spread. Clumping bamboo is easier to control. Either way, roots only go down about 6”, so give it a shot. It might take repeated dousings of vinegar .

Can you use this to kill yucca?

Have not tried, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I add a little orange oil to the vinegar. Be aware this will not kill roots.
