Love the chairs and have received many compliments on our new office...through the only thing actually new is the arrangement of the existing pieces of furniture and these chairs! With the first shipment, one of the chair's arms had a few puncture marks. The company was amazing about quickly sending a replacement and told us to hang on to the other chair until we received the new one to ensure the new one was perfect first (in case we wanted to reuse a piece from the other). Though that was not needed - the forward-thinking and customer service was very appreciated! We ended up using one of the chairs without the arms at a desk because at its lowest setting the arms do not allow you to get close enough to the desk. I like the chair without arms, but I wish the little caps that go over the screw holes also fit the holes int he chair if the arms are not attached. Make sure to check the measurements. Also - the seats are really white - not almond/bone/off-white. Overall very happy customers. :)

I purchased this chair (white version) in 2015 when I went to college. It's now seven years later and I still use it everyday at home. It looks nice and it's comfortable -- that's the first thing people say when they sit in it.I just got a new job and I'm going to purchase a second one for my office at work. As long as you take care of it, the chair should last a long time. I never leave reviews on Amazon but I had to for this one.

This chair was hard to put together (holes not lined up properly in the frame, had to basically force the bolts in place.), was damaged in one section when I got it, and was a lot bigger than I expected.Don't get me wrong, it's still beautiful, but just poor quality for the price I paid for it.Make sure you have something to clean it after you've put it together. I have a couple places that have fingerprints on it that I need to get a magic eraser for or something to clean off.I did not contact the seller about the damage to the chair (one armrest had the leather punctured in two places), so not sure how their customer service is. I didn't think it was really all that noticeable (Also didn't want to take it apart and send it back after I put it together.).The chair is full office-chair size, would fit a large adult (I can fit comfortably on it with my cat sitting on the seat next to me.), and rolls fine across carpet.

I have remodeled my office, and so have been excitedly waiting for my chair. It arrived 2 days later than the 2 day shipping, but I let that go. I was very surprised that it arrived without ANY directions - not even a photograph. As it has to be assembled, I would have appreciated something. But I am able to figure things out. The zippers along back of seat do not have any pulls on them - why? It made opening difficult, and I wannted to pull the Pleather tighter (not leather at all folks) as it covered up the screw holes.one of the zippers broke as I closed it. hmmm. the "metal" along the sides of the chair is actually plastic, and easily nicked or scrapped. So BE CAREFUL screwing those arms on! It is comfortable. Yet with all these issues straight out of the box, I have to wonder how long it will be before it looks torn up. I am going to keep it. But I have to wonder if that's a good idea.

This chair is quite pretty and went together easily but I found it to be uncomfortable for long periods. It would be fine if you just sat in it for short periods at a time. I work at my desk and found the chair made certain parts... of my body sore if I sat in it for too long.I am an average sized person.I am sending it back today. Make sure you are keeping the chair that your purchasing online as these chairs with the piston that makes the chair go up and down are impossible to take apart so I am having to go to a great deal of trouble to send this chair back in two boxes.I do want to say that the people at both Amazon and Flash Furniture have been amazing, friendly and very helpful.

The chair looks and feels great. It could have had more padding, but there's a zipper in the bottom cushion that you can open up and (I'm assuming) put more padding in the seat? The only issue was that the fabric near the pre-drilled holes had shifted and covered the holes. I had to move and tear the fabric near the holes so that I could get the screws it. This did not change the overall look of the chair though. It is still a wonderful chair.

Great chair. I wanted a white chair to go in my home office, but since it's not something I would use for hours and hours every day I didn't want to spend a ton. This was a great price. It came super fast, too. Assembly was easy - I think I got it together in 30-45 mins? Didn't really pay attention, I just know the directions were easy and I had no problems. Highly recommend. Only down side, it's white. So, it will get dirty, easily...but that will happen with any white chair.

Everything was great except trying to contact Customer Service. Small tear in the arm of the chair. Trying to find out if they want me to return the chair or will they send me a replacement arm???? (preferred)Otherwise, the chair is exactly what I wanted.

Great product, the 5 legs is great for having a good balanced chair. The leather is good quality.
