Elite Screens went above and beyond to help me out!
The screen material is excellent quality and looks fantastic once installed. When I first set it up, the “backside” label was placed on the wrong side, which caused some confusion. I reached out to Elite Screens, and they were very understanding and graciously offered a replacement even though it wasn't within the warranty period. Their customer service was fast, professional, and truly went above and beyond. For anyone buying this screen — make sure to double-check the “backside” label before installing. The label is quite small compared to the size of the screen, which I believe is intentionally designed that way so it doesn’t remain visible when projecting onto the screen. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the company. Thank you, Elite Screens, for the great support and for standing behind your customers!

Great screen, but avoid if you have laser projector
It provides very good contrast, brightness and color. Given the "cone" tech used to make such ALR, one should expect some hot spot and darker image on the edges ... that usually doesn't bother much though. However, if you have "laser" projector, you should avoid this .... you will see sparkling laser speckle all over places, mostly centered ... usually on bright scenes ... at least it was very distracting to me and have to return it. This effect wasn't present on non-laser projector (I tested with 720p office projector) I took away 1-star, because it is a known phenomenon (google: what-is-triple-laser-speckle) and it wasn't mentioned by the manufacturer, which could have saved me time/effort.

Great screen
Looks very good, packaged well. few wrinkles all went away after stretching over frame. Is somewhat thin so anything against the film can is visible (i had wood frame that the screen laid against and could see bumps). Made some adjustments and now looks very nice.

The smell is horrible!
Its a great screen but it stinks. I dont know if this applies to all of the screens as I just have the cinegray but its horrible. I dont have a sensitive nose either. Update a year later: Still stinks. The only way I will be able use it is outside.

Not exactly as advertised.
The roll I received is 117 inches wide, making 135" viewing area possible only if it used edge to edge. If you plan to attach it to a frame or use a border, the size of the viewing area will be diminished. Adding a 2" border to the material will reduce the viewing area to just under 130 inches. Stretching it will provide some additional viewing area but you run the risk of damaging it in the process. If you need a true 135 inch screen, it would be better to purchase the 150" material and trim it to fit your project.

Outstanding Product
Sadly the freight company bent the tube creating stretch marks in the fabric. However this product is so good with a little patients, a hairdryer and tensioning across the frame ALL the stretch marks came out. This is truly a superb product.

Cinegrey 3d,5d, cinewhite
Photo is with cinegrey 5d with epson 3800. Great black levels and color accuracy. I have all three and chose the cinegrey 5d. 1. Cinewhite is great for light controlled theater rooms with high contrast ratio and lens that provide ultra black. Doesn’t stretch. 2. Cinegrey 3d is decent. Slightly less gain. I didn’t see an improvement on the viewing angle over the 5d. Color accuracy little harder to calibrate compared to 5d. No hot spot or sparkles if you don’t rely on keystone and have projector mounted 1.5 x width of screen back. I find projector 15 foot back and viewing 10fr back perfect. Stretches A lot. 3 cinegrey 5d. Great black level, color accuracy. Smooth picture. With the right projector, nice image. Lower lumen projector, you may have brightness drop off near the edge of screen. Try not to use keystone. And have it mounted at the appropriate distance and you will not regret it. Stretches a lot. It needs to be stretched to remove wrinkles.
