We have been using glycine sticks for a couple of years now, and these are the best we've tried. Taken before bedtime (open the sachet and tip directly in mouth), the glycine quickly helps us into a refreshing sleep. Other brands don't work as well, presumably because the quality of the glycine is not sufficient, and very few alternatives package like this - in 3g single shots. 3g is the optimum size according to scientific studies on the effects of glycine on sleep enhancement. Others add stevia, which is very bitter compared to glycine's natural sweetness. No thanks. I'll stick with metabolic maintenance. Update (Oct 2016): still going strong with the glycine sticks. With young kids, esp a 19-mth old infant, it's more important than ever to get to sleep quickly and deeply.

I like that these are high dose per packet. Nothing else added. Doesn't dissolve easily in liquid but easy enough to take straight into the mouth from the packet. Slightly sweet taste.

This is my second order and I feel like I am able to fall asleep much faster. I do have an issue though. I have probably used 4 of the packets with no problem. The packet I opened tonight had tiny black particles in it?????

This product does not with my sleep. It is easy to take and with no taste.

I have been dealing with insomnia for several years and have tried every non-medical treatment I could find. This is my refill order of Glycine because I wanted to give it a full try in combination with other natural treatments. And the answer FOR ME is Glycine in a cup of chamomile tea. I'm very happy with the results and hope this helps others with the same problem.

Great for helping to fall asleep. Some batches dissolve better in water than others. Last batch was good but the 2 previously--not as well.

Item as described. Arrived quickly and all is good. Haven't had chance to try - have some tests to do first.
