I love this pan. It heats quickly. It's totally non-stick, so it takes just moments to clean. It can be used at higher temperatures. It is also very pretty. No wok for stir-fry? Use this pan because it won't stick!

Got the bigger pan (12") for Christmas and decided that I wanted the smaller ones as well. They cook great, heat up evenly and clean up easily too, I always soak them a few minutes in hot soapy water that way I don't have to use a scrubber and food/grease comes right out. I really wanted to buy just the 8" pan( but they don't offer just that one) so I had to buy the set, I found I use all of them so no biggie, I just need to re-gift the 12" because now I have two. :) The price for all three is really great!

It is well-made, non-stick, and it holds a lot of food and cooks evenly. The color is nice to match any kitchen. It is easy to use and cleans easily too. One thing is DO NOT put it in a dishwasher... the outerwear will come off, destroying the pan.

These are fantastic pans. We had bought the large skillet with lid 6-8 mos ago and I loved how easy it washed up no matter what we cooked. We were having issues with our small skillets sticking and I asked if they made the brass colored in small skillets and he said he thought so. So we ordered these. Lightweight etc string non stick.

Update: I was in love with this skillet. After using it a few months, its lost it's non stick performance. I have been extra careful to not use high heat. I always use silicone and non metal utensils when using any of my pots and pans. It has a bad scratch on it and honestly no idea where. I have re-seasoned it as the instructions said that came with it, it helps for one or two uses. I've cleaned it per the recommended way. Depending on where you read, it says to use spray if it starts cooking, yet other sites on the gotham preach not to use spray. So it can get confusing. Overall, still a good skillet. You do get a phenomenal deal within the box when you order to get pot pan or a smaller skillet for great price. That kind of evens it out and makes them worth it overall. Still a gorgeous skillet. I got the hammered skillet. It’s a beautiful skillet. Use it almost every day since I’ve received it and it’s performed flawlessly. I was they type that used high heat all the time and cooking sprays. So far medium heat and no sprays is working out great. Time will tell. So far so good.

Huge frying pan but it works great just like the rest of the Gotham Steel series I have. So many products say nonstick but this stuff really is. At first I was wary not to use butter or a cooking spray but there isn’t really a need I’ve found. At first if you put pancake batter or eggs for scrambling in these you’re sure it will stick. And it does at first but just let it cook and you will find things reach a point where they release easily from the pan. Before that it seems like they are sticking but just be patient and you’ll be rewarded. I’ve made omelettes and many other items with zero oil or other lubricants to keep them from sticking. It just isn’t needed and the pans come clean with just a spray of water and flush soap with no scrubbing or even light scrubbing. We’ll see how they do in the long run but so far this cookware is doing pretty well. Recommended.

I’ve used many different pans over the years, but this ceramic series really stands out. Not only is it very attractive, it also offers several practical advantages. There’s no need to use much oil, as everything cooks very easily and evenly. The pans are lightweight and extremely easy to clean. Both the cooking process and the cleanup are quick and effortless, which makes a real difference when you’re short on time. Despite being light, the cookware feels solid and durable. Considering the design and the technology used, the price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for cookware that combines performance, convenience, and style.

Look very nice, are dishwasher safe as they have not scratched or tarnished in the dishwasher after many cycles, they are deeper than most fry pans which is nice However, the non-stick coating is very temporary. When I first got them you could literally fry an egg without any oil, but after just a few washings you do need to add oil. They are still a little bit non-stick, but not as good as when I first got them. I tried all the tricks to preseason them thinking something might work but it hasn't. I would probably repurchase as I have not found anything better yet, but they don't live up to the totally non-stick promise.
