My unit came set for the larger 1" gumballs, but they include the ring for smaller treats (there is a ring inside which limits what drops when you put in a quarter). The only caveat is that it's much lighter than it looks (empty, with quarters I'm sure it's much heavier) so be careful with kids pulling it off the counter. I adjusted the rating appropriately upwards to reflect satisfaction with the product.
