WOW! Amazing flavors going on in this sauce!! The sweet and heat is well balanced with all the other spices that are in this product. Not sure what "other" people are going on about in regards to this sauce not being good. Perhaps they got a bad bottle. My first bottle came with the safety seal broken open and the product had leaked out into the squirt bottle cap. The top of the sauce in the bottle was darker than the lower portion I suspect due the package being open and it containing egg... hence requiring refrigeration after opening to prevent spoilage. Amazon replaced that bottle and the second one arrived perfect. Opened and tasted it immediately and I'm impressed by how good it is! This stuff is going on EVERYTHING! LOL

I bought this sauce for a taco night with friends. It was a big hit, the flavor is great! It's also really good on eggs.

I've been ordering this sauce for almost a year now, it's been a great tasting staple for tacos/burritos/bowls. But the last bottle I got delivered through fresh tasted so strongly of wasabi/horseradish that it was inedible. I didn't notice any ingredient changes between this new bottle and the old bottles, but there's no denying a major flavor difference. I'm planning on ordering another one in a month or so to see if it was a weird batch or if they've just changed the recipe. 4 stars for the original flavor, if you can get it (it's a bit more of a mayo/aoli than a crema, but it's still pretty good), but straight up 0 for how this last bottle tasted. **UPDATE: This is like 3 years too late, but I just figured out where to look at the reviews I've left lol. I ended up ordering it again a couple months later and it had the same crazy wasabi flavor. It might have been the same weird batch (I was ordering from my local whole foods), and maybe it's fixed by now (2025), but I haven't ordered it since. I still think about how good it was before, though...

This sauce is one of those “put it on everything” kind of finds. I like it a lot more than I was expecting. I originally got it for sandwiches (which it's amazing on), but I’ve also tried it on tacos, rice bowls, and even eggs. It’s not overly spicy, but it has a good pop of flavor. If you like creamy sauces with a citrusy, slightly spicy twist, this is an easy one to keep in the fridge.

3 stars because my partner liked it. I had one taste and was done for good. It's essentially flavored mayo. If you like mayo, you may like this. If you don't like mayo, you wont like this. A few reviews reference this being too spicy. The spice and heat was the only thing I enjoyed about this. The heat is really pleasant and comes in toward the end. It's definitely a "medium" heat and not at all "hot" and adds some complexity to an otherwise kind of mellow creamy flavor.

If you like cooking fish on a cooking pan, then this is the sauce for you, we like to cook our fish, on the first side the longest, this way this side wont burn, when its cooked and we turn it, to cook more, we turn and gently place the fish on the othet side of the pan, and then add more sauce over time and reducd heat to heat and chemical change tbe fish to heat and better to eat, This is my favorite recipe for fish, if you want you can, ask me to cook, price two million dollars for a family meal we will cook for one family this recipe, so buy this, buy fish from amazon fresh, walmart, Bravo grocery stores and other spanish grocery stores I will no longer be shopping at publix ever again unless someone wants be to go with armour and weopons to do rescue

The flavor is zesty and fresh without being overpowering, making it incredibly versatile. It works just as well drizzled over tacos and grain bowls as it does as a dip for fries or roasted vegetables.

The flavor of both the chilies and the lime is extremely strong in this product. It would easily overwhelm anything you put it on. I would only recommend this to someone who cannot taste anything and then you might be able to taste this because it is so overpowering.
