After using this current device for eighteen hours a day for over two years, I find this device is more reliable than the previous internet-connection device I had used. After that it only worked once every few days, and now has no functionality at all. I have it plugged in to a good power source, I have it plugged into working ethernet (that works on my laptop which has a traditional ethernet jack ) and yet no longer works for his ipad.
