Once I seen the mail personnel deliver the package, I raced to the mailbox in excitement! I read the label, and took as instructed today ((day 1)). The flavor is decent. They so have a slight vinegar smell to them, but not so much a vinegar taste, which that’s a positive.I bought them not only to assist in weight loss, but to also reap the benefits that they claim. Today is June 23, 2020, I will update my review in a month or so after consistently taking the gummies as instructed. So, I’ll see y’all in 30 days or so!**EDIT** 1 Months since starting these review:I can definitely tell if I skip a day. For example, today, I forgot to take them up until recently when I remembered. I have been sluggish and just blah all day (well I believe its because I didn't take these ...not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing...) Secondly, I did lose weight. However, I do count calories, exercise, and intermittent fast. But it did help me to lost 9 pounds this month. My appetite has been curbed with these (again, today, I knew something was off because i wanted so badly a chocolate dipped waffle cone with the chunk of chocolate in the bottom of the ice cream cone...like I could feel ,myself CRAVING it...again, not sure if that's a good thing since I happened to have forgotten to take these little guys). I'm not a fan of the price. My husband took them too (we ended up buying another bottle to keep our supply up for the month). He also lost weight. But lets do the math. Say we both want to take them indefinitely.... thats an additional $40/month....on TOP of our other bills.They're great. but they will start adding up in cost, and then you'll become dependent on them... Surprisingly they don't taste bad. They have a light vinegar scent and the vinegar taste is mild in comparison to drinking it. I did notice it curbed my appetite some. Unfortunately for me, the "mother" caused me stomach cramping, bloating and diarrhea. I do not blame the gummies. I am just sensitive to them.
