Shipping packaging is annoying
The plastic packaging is annoying. I love the shampoo! If we could change how you wrap in plastic tightly four times with sticky glue! It’s impossible to open without almost puncturing the bottle.

Terrible product
Used Navy shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks. It left my hair feeling dried out and terrible. Didn't even finish using it because it made my hair look so bad.

Made hair lifeless
It did nothing for my hair. Made it lifeless. I really wanted to like but did not work for my hair.

FRIZZ CENTRAL- DON’T DO IT!
Frizz central!!! It made my hair SO frizzy!!! Never again! I was so disappointed! I will definitely not be using this product again. I gave it a fair shake, I’ve been using it consistently for 3 weeks now. No way will I continue- my hair is a dried out Mess!! Totally frizzy just in time for summer!!!

Disappointed in shipping pkg
My shampoo I ordered had burst in the bag. Dripping from the bag. Disappointing. I never spend this price on shampoo but I had gotten a sample from my birch box and loved it.
