I purchased the Centrino Men’s Casual Sneakers (Size 10) on 6th August. At first glance, the shoe looked different from the images shown online. The material felt tight, hard, and uncomfortable, so I immediately requested an exchange.On 8th August, I received the replacement pair, but to my shock, it was in an even worse condition – dull, worn-out, and looked like a used product. This was very disappointing.I then tried to return the product. The delivery executive himself suggested raising a return request. However, from 11th August onwards, the pickup kept getting delayed and rescheduled automatically. I even received strange calls (sounded international) where the language selection didn’t work and the call kept disconnecting.Despite multiple attempts, the pickup kept showing “unable to pick” on 16th, 18th, and 19th August, and eventually, the return window was closed without resolving my issue..👉 This has been my worst experience with Amazon so far. I was planning more purchases on this platform, but now I’m honestly in doubt.🔴 The product quality is poor, the exchange unit looked used, and the return experience was frustrating.I strongly recommend Amazon to improve product quality checks and customer support for better service.

Shoe quality is good 👍 but it's lace colour is different in one side. And also right shoe lace's tip is broken.

Not sure about Amazon flagging it as frequently returned item, I found it quite the opposite. It's very comfortable to wear. Looks good as well. Price is very budget friendly. All in all I am absolutely delighted. Just one advice, order 1 size bigger as the size is a bit tight fit. Initially I ordered 7, which was too tight fit. Got it replaced by size 8 and it's great.

Super comfy and soft, but not that rigid. Great for any occasion or party wear, but wouldn’t recommend for daily wear.

Been an active user of wildcraft, puma & nike but when I used centrino.Built quality is top notch.You will be more happy once used.Highly recommend for new folks with better range.Only one thing for centrino is invent new designs and variety products.

The quality is not good, and the size is not accurate. If you usually wear size 10, you should go for size 11 for a better fit. Not recommended due to the poor quality.
