Do I need to empty the cup every 4-8 hours (according to manual) or can I keep it up to 12 hours (according to description)? Many thanks in advance!

Average flow is 4-8 hours (or less if it's heavy) but like with any other menstrual cup you can leave it up to 12 hours on your lighter days.

Do you do any sort of money back guarantee or returns, if we find the product unsuitable?

I'm pretty sure because of its use they wont take returns but they do supply 2 sizes so likelihood of it suiting is greater than most

How do i use the steriliser?do i need to add water?

Hi Simon, you can put the menstrual cup inside the sterilizer and then fill it with water, then let it boil inside the microwave for around 3 minutes. If you don't have a microwave at home you can also use a small pot to boil the water with the cup. Be sure to read the user manual before using or sterilizing your menstrual cup!
